This Month's Plumb Line -Growing People Change
We are followers of Christ who seek to know Him, connect with His church, grow in Him and go into the world with Him. The church helps through public worship, small groups and opportunities to serve.
Our Disciple NOW Weekend will kick off on Friday, February 27, for students in grades 6 thru 12. D-NOW is an intense weekend retreat that features small group Bible studies in local homes along with large group worship sessions, fellowship and service projects aimed at deepening the students relationship with Christ. For details about D-NOW, see Michael Townsend.

On March 1, join Dutchtown Kids as we visit with Azalea Estates and create a fun spring craft with our friends there. You can meet us at Cane’s for lunch after the church service or meet us at Azalea Estates at 2 pm. See Dana for more details.

The Men’s Breakfast will be here at the church on Saturday, March 7, beginning at 8 am.  Make plans to come and start your day with fellowship.

Mark your calendar now and remember to move your clocks up one hour for the time change on Sunday, March 8. We know you don’t want to be late for Sunday morning services.

The Baptist Association of Greater Baton Rouge will be hosting a conference on Thursday, March 12, titled “Together we Guard.” The focus of this conference is making the church safer from predators.  Dr. Faye Scott will lead the conference with her passion to equip church leaders to create safe ministry environments. Contact the church office to find out how to register.

If you have a high school senior who will graduating this year, please contact the church office as they prepare to recognize our seniors in May. We don’t want to leave anybody out.
You can submit prayer requests on the DBC app or emailing the church at office@dutchtownbaptist.org. Urgent prayer requests can be channeled through the pastor or our leadership team.

You’re invited to Wednesday Night Bible Study! Groups are available for all ages. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’d love to help. We can’t wait to see you!

We have recently installed TAP discs on a chairback near you. These discs help us stay better connected as we minister together. Please scan the disc with your phone and tap the “Next Step” card at the top of the screen. Complete and submit the information on the card to ensure we have your current contact information. The TAP disc also gives you the option to give electronically.

You can text to give, by using the TAP disc located on a chair close to you or by texting Dutchtown Church to 1-888-364-GIVE (4483). You will receive a reply with a new link for your giving. The code is not case sensitive.

We invite you to join our Serve Teams. Available team opportunities include Guest Services, Connect, Compassion and Cooking. Each team has a specific purpose to focus on as we serve each other here at DBC and throughout our community by simply signing up on the app.

Announcements should be e-mailed before Wednesday morning to office@dutchtownbaptist.org to be included in the bulletin.
